Background
The Hong Kong Institute of Architects Annual Awards under the Special Architectural Award category. In
is handed out in recognition of outstanding architecture 2009, the committee encouraged overseas projects to be
achievements by members of HKIA. The award began submitted for the Special Architectural Award in an effort
