Shanghai IFC Residence evokes spirit of stately home

Show flats in various layouts for IFC Residence located at Pudong, Lujiazui, Shanghai are unveiled recently by Sun Hung Kai Properties. The latest five-star luxury serviced suites follow the model of the developer's Four Seasons Place and Harbour View Place in Hong Kong. The Shanghai IFC project also includes an up-market shopping mall, grade-A offices and fine dining and entertainment.

IFC Residence was decorated by interior designer Andre Fu, the development was conceived as a contemporary mansion in the spirit of a stately home. The living room is a deluxe mansion on the third floor with a library, terrace overlooking Lujiazui Park and a living room with open fireplace.

The design combines architecture and balanced aesthetics. It features a thoughtful use of intricate materials and textures, distinctive lighting, hand-embroidered wall paneling and a special sculpture collection commissioned from internationally-acclaimed artists. Hazel, magenta and pale beige create low-key visual effects, combining with marble, embroidery and bronze to bring out the essence of contemporary art and a stately home for a luxurious yet cozy residence.

IFC Residence has 296 serviced suites from 710 to 890 square feet with one bedroom to three bedrooms in 2,130 square feet. The Residences units have full-length windows that open interiors onto the exterior surroundings. All suites have a fully-equipped kitchen, home entertainment systems, top bedroom furniture, rainforest shower and bathtub with TV.

IFC Residence has a fully-equipped gym with whirlpool, yoga room, sauna and steam rooms and a 25-metre indoor heated swimming pool on the 25th floor, plus terraces on the third floor and 26th floor roof with BBQ facilities and an indoor children's play area with laundry facilities.
