Two new residential buildings launched in Island West

Situated at 37A Cadogan Street, Kennedy Town, Hong Kong Island, the residential tower will provide a total of 197 units. Standard units have sizes ranging from 419 square feet to 1,349 square feet, with choices of 1-to-3 bedroom flats. Duplex units are available on the top floors. With an average floor-to-floor height of 10 feet 4 inches, the top floors are even up to 11 feet 6 inches. The project will have a deluxe residence clubhouse which will be equipped with swimming pool, sun deck, gym, sauna room, games room, open landscape area and other recreational facilities.
     Cadogan is developed by Kowloon Development, architect is Andrew Lee King Fun & Associates and structural engineer is JMK Consulting Engineers Ltd. The project is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2014.
     At No. 4 Kennedy Road is another residential building under construction named Kennedy Park.  The project consists of a 26-storey residential tower block constructed above a 6-level podium which is reserved for carpark. A total of 50 units, either 3-bedroom or 4-bedroom (all units have 2 en-suite) will be provided. Special large units, including duplex are available with private lift lobby.
     Developed by the Cheung Kong Group and designed by Ma Leung Architects, the project is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2014.
