Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) opened its Suzhou Jinji Lake Gen¨¨ve luxury villa project and a show flat of unit C for a preview. Lake Gen¨¨ve has a minimal, modern European design and is built with stone in a green environment for a Swiss lifestyle.      Lake Gen¨¨ve is located at the south of Jinji Lake and near the Jinji Lake Golf Club. SHKP is also planning to build a luxury hotel nearby.
