M+ Phase 1 of WKCD appoints QS consultant

Langdon & Seah have been appointed as full-service quantity surveying consultant for the first phase of the M+ at the West Kowloon Cultural District in Hong Kong.
     M+ is a Museum of Visual Culture, and will open with about 60,000 sq m overall floor area, of which approximately 20,000 sq m will be exhibition space. Additional space and facilities are planned to be added in later phases. The West Kowloon Cultural District (WKCD), which is located on a 40-hectare prime waterfront site overlooking the magnificent Victoria Harbour, will be developed into an integrated arts and cultural district with world-class facilities, distinguished talents, iconic architecture and quality programmes with a must-visit appeal to locals and tourists.
