Proposed road works in Sham Shui Po have been gazetted, to provide infrastructure for potential land sale sites in, and east of, the ex-Lung Ping Road temporary housing area. The works include:
- construction of a single two-lane carriageway between the vehicular ingress-egress 
  point of the ex-Lung Ping Road temporary housing area and the junction in the vicinity
  of the Lung Cheung Road Lookout;
- construction of a single-lane carriageway connecting Lung Cheung Road eastbound
  and a single two-lane carriageway;
- construction of a single-lane at-grade carriageway connecting a single two-lane
  carriageway to Lung Cheung Road eastbound near Water Supplies Department
  Car Park No.3;
- construction of footpaths;
- construction of vehicular ingress-egress points for both land sale sites, as well as
  a lay-by;
- temporary closure and reconstruction, modification and realignment of sections of the
  existing carriageways and footpaths; and,
- ancillary works, including site formation, geotechnical, slope, retaining wall, drainage,
  sewage, water supplies, utilities, landscaping, and electrical and mechanical works.
