Located in the the popular seashore destination of Dameisha in the Yantian District, Shenzhen, the Solis Vanke International Conference Center (SVICC) is an integral part of Solis Vanke Center, a project that has gained considerable international attention for being the world's first horizontal skyscraper.
     Designed by world-renowned architect Steven Holl, SVICC is built to exceptionally high eco-conscious standards, as evidenced by its platinum LEED certification, a first among all properties in China. Based on a seamless combination of architecture and landscape, the entire site was built so that the same amount of green space is maintained as before the building's existence.      A landmark development in Dameisha, Shenzhen, the Solis Vanke Center is a significant partnership between China Vanke Company Limited and Solis Hotels & Resorts. China Vanke is engaged in developing, managing and selling residential and commercial properties across 40 cities in the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta and Bohai-Rim Region. SVICC, the flagship project of Solis Hotels and Resorts is the host of the EU-China Youth Forum For Participation being held in Shenzhen in August 2011.
