Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) announced the new Suzhou Jinji Lake luxury villa project officially named Lake Geneve. It will be the only lakeside detached villa development in the Suzhou Industrial Park Jinji Lake, Dushu Lake area. There will be 88,800 sq m of gross floor area and 60 per cent of it will be green space.
     The building density will be below 30 per cent. There will be 242 villas developed in two phases. This will be a major luxury residential development in the district with worldclass planning, design, materials and service.
     Lake Gen¨¨ve is in a prime location at the south of Jinji Lake and near the Jinji Lake Golf Club. It will be close to business and leisure facilities such as Ligongdi, Moon Harbor, Peach Isle and Jinji Lake Golf Club, and SHKP is also planning to build a luxury hotel nearby.
