The Lands Department will auction off residential sites in Tseung Kwan O and Yuen Long at Queen Elizabeth Stadium on September 6. The Tseung Kwan O town lot has a site area of about 13,393 sq m, with a gross floor area of between 44,197 sq m and 73,662 sq m. The total number of residential units built must be at least 960 and no more than 1,010.
     The lot in Tan Kwai Tsuen, Hung Shui Kiu, Yuen Long, has a site area of about 11,192 sq m with a gross floor area between 6,716 sq m and 11,192 sq m. At least 170 flats must be built on the site.
     Another site at Sai Kung site will be also auctioned on the same day. The site is at the junction of Pak Shek Wo San Tsuen Road and Clear Water Bay Road. The minimum guaranteed bid for the lot will be $86 m. It has a site area of 2,400 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 676 square metres and 1,124.8 square metres respectively.
