A private residential lot on Inverness Road in Kowloon Tong was sold for $2.17 b to Panatiff Limited in an auction at Queen Elizabeth Stadium on November 3, 2010.

     The final price was 26% higher than the opening bid of $1.716 b.

     With a site area of 7,046 sq m, the lot will provide a gross floor area of between 12,683 and 21,138 sq m when the development is completed.
