A government site, Inland Lot No. 9007 at 103 Mount Nicholson Road on The Peak was sold on July 28, 2010 for $10.4 billion, 30% higher than the $8 billion opening bid. 

     The 23,312 sq m site is designated for private residential use. A minimum gross floor area of 18,109 sq m must be completed. The maximum GFA of the lot is approximately 30,000 sq m.
