Under the theme of ¡°Quality Transcends Time¡±, QBA2010 had undergone some key transformations.  Firstly, in the ¡°Project Outside Hong Kong¡± category, Grand Award is awarded this year in order to give recognition to our local professionals who had devoted their hard work and expertise outside Hong Kong.  Secondly, in the Finalist Presentation to Jury Panel, participating teams, the professionals and the public were all given access to the presentation, enhancing the transparency and sharing opportunities during the adjudication.
