Building management scheme to commence
The Building Management Professional Service Scheme allowing property owners to submit applications for expert help in managing their premises.
     The yearlong pilot scheme will see expert teams providing owners with free professional advice and follow-up service on building management. Owners can learn the benefits of continuous management and regular maintenance of their buildings.
     About 900 units from clusters selected by participating organisations and 100 units from applications made by building owners will be the target properties.
     Buildings should be residential or composite buildings aged 30 years or more, have an average ratable value within $100,000, and require repair works.
