Shanghai IFC obtains LEED Gold pre-certification
Shanghai IFC Mall is located at the Lujiazui hub with a cluster of office towers and residential units. The development has a total area of 1,100,000 square feet in two phases, the first phase including 1,000,000 square feet, while the second phase is of 100,000 square feet. The first phase is a six-storey shopping mall housing more than 180 international premium brands.
     With a 180-feet long duplex shop design, its signature 10-metre ceiling height is also the first and unique shopping mall design in the vicinity.
     Shanghai IFC was the first commercial development in Shanghai to obtain the LEED Gold pre-certification from the US Green Building Council, in recognition of its state-of-the-art green technology and office concept.
     The project was designed by renowned American Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects and the interior design was undertaken by Benoy Architects.
