The Town Planning Board approved the amendments of North Point Outline Zoning Plan.

      It includes rezoning of a major part of ex-North Point Estate site from "residential (Group A)", "government, institution or community", "open space" and "road" to "comprehensive development area (3)", plus the revision of the maximum building height for a "government, institution or community" site at Mansion Street from one storey to 80 metres above principal datum.
