MTR Corporation plans to build three commercial buildings at the proposed West Kowloon Express Rail Link terminus. The buildings will have 3.16 million sq ft of gross floor area (GFA).

     MTRC has applied to the Town Planning Board to build 2.84 million sq ft of offices and over 316,000 sq ft of commercial/retail space. The proposed commercial development will connect with the nearby Site B, which will feature 28,150 sq m of public open space and a public transport terminus.

     It is reported that the site may value at HK$18.98 billion and is estimated to cost HK$6,000 per sq ft of GFA as a whole. The office portion may cost up to HK$8,000 per sq ft.
