A government lot in Tseung Kwan O was sold for $3.37 billion at a public auction on February 22, 68.5% higher than the opening bid, in the third land auction this financial year.

     Tseung Kwan O Town Lot No.76 at Area 66B was sold to Group Allied (Sun Hung Kai Properties Group). The opening bid was $2 billion.

     The site has an area of 12,300 square metres and is designated for non-industrial, excluding godown, hotel and petrol station, purposes. A minimum gross floor area of 40,590 square metres must be completed. The maximum total GFA could reach 67,650 sq m.
