The Buildings Department approved 11 building plans in February - two on Hong Kong Island, five in Kowloon and four in the New Territories.
Of the approved plans, eight were for apartment and apartment-commercial developments, one was for commercial development and two were for community services developments.
Consent was given for works to start on six building projects which will provide 3,839 sq m of gross floor area for domestic use involving 70 units and 4,712 sq m of gross floor area for non-domestic use.
The department also issued eight occupation permits - two on Hong Kong Island, four in Kowloon and two in the New Territories.
Buildings certified for occupation have 198,885 sq m of gross floor area for domestic use involving 2,910 units and 146,517 sq m for non-domestic use.
