Located at the focal point of Wangfujing Street, Beijing APM is an integrated office and shopping complex developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP). SHKP has invested RMB$300 million on a major renovation of Beijing APM. It includes a mall covering one million sq ft and 460,000 sq ft of grade-A offices in three towers. The offices have been renovated with new facilities, including the lobbies and public space. The air-conditioning was upgraded to offer better indoor air quality and LCD screens in the lifts show the latest news.
     The five-storey office towers above the mall can accommodate 11 offices per floor, ranging from 1,600 sq ft to an entire floor of 32,700 sq ft. There is also a rooftop garden. The development also has parking for 500 cars and 3,500 bicycles.
