The Government published a notice in the Gazette on a footbridge link across Fung Shue Wo Road, Tsing Yi.

The works include constructing a covered footbridge across Fung Shue Wo Road linking the existing footbridges near Serene Garden and Greenfield Garden in Tsing Yi; reconstructing some sections of the existing carriageway and footpaths; and ancillary works including drainage, lighting and landscaping works.
