Beijing Greenland Center has recently topped out and will become one of the prominent landmarks in the Beijing International Airport area.
     Located in Chiaoyang district, the office/commercial development has a total GFA of approximately 352,000 sq m. There are a total of five building blocks with building no. 4 being the tallest reaching 260 meters with 55 storeys.
     Construction of the RMB1.08 billion project commenced in October 2011 and is expected to complete at the end of 2015. The project has recently received the Great Wall Gold Award for its outstanding structural design.
