The Lands Department recently announced that a Yuen Long site will be sold by public tender under the 2015-16 Land Sale Programme.
     Lot No.2115 at the junction of San Tam Road and Maple Gardens 1st Street in Ngau Tam Mei has a site area of 8,754 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes.
     The minimum and the maximum gross floor areas are 2,521 and 4,201 sq m.
     The tender invitation for the lot will run June 26 to August 7. Final conditions of sale will be uploaded to the department's website by June 26, when the particulars of the tender will also be gazetted.
